Position Description

CCHRC is looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker. HVAC experience preferred but not required. Maintenance department performs essential upkeep tasks throughout our facilities.

- Part-time - Monday - Friday (on call occasional weekends)
- Must be willing to work holidays and weekends if scheduled
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and background check.

The ideal candidate should have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. HVAC experience and/or knowledge preferred but not essential. Job duties include: providing general maintenance to facility buildings, equipment and grounds under the supervision of Maintenance Director. Candidates must have knowledge of hand and power tools, appliances and equipment, be able to work on your feet, bend, stoop, squat, climb and lift up to 50lbs. Maintenance employees may be exposed to outside weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc. Be able to read, write and communicate effectively with coworkers. Provide assistance to staff, visitors and other coworkers as needed.
